Victor Busser Casas, based at McArthurGlen’s regional office in Rome, is responsible for developing leasing strategies across the business, with particular focus on new designer outlet villages. Mr. Busser brings to the company a unique skillset developed through overseeing leasing strategies for large-scale property developments across the retail sector.
As Country Manager at Neinver Italia, he worked closely with their brand partners creating growth on a sizeable scale. As Senior Leasing Executive for Madrid Xanadú, he was responsible for the leasing of 135,000 m² of gross leasable area in one of the largest shopping centres in Europe.
Mr. Busser’s role as International Tenant Representative for global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield gave him invaluable experience in creating and executing expansion strategies, both for international retail clients in Spain and for Spanish clients abroad.
