John Nicolosi
Executive Vice President, Construction Director
John Nicolosi joined McArthurGlen at its inception and is a member of the Board of Directors. Before joining the company, Mr. Nicolosi was a founding member of the Kaempfer Company, managing large-scale construction projects since 1977.
Mr. Nicolosi brings a highly experienced and knowledgeable eye to major project planning and execution. He has built high-quality office and retail space in the US, in the UK and across Europe. His involvement from the very beginning of each project, from harmonising architectural plans to overseeing estimated costs and construction budgets, enables his department to develop clear programmes for each project that can be monitored daily.
Mr. Nicolosi holds a degree in Construction Management from Iona College.
