Eric Decouvelaere
Managing Director, Southern Europe
Eric Decouvelaere is McArthurGlen's Managing Director for Southern Europe. In this role, Mr. Decouvelaere holds responsibility for the performance of McArthurGlen's designer outlet villages in Italy, including Europe's biggest designer outlet, Serravalle Designer Outlet, as well as in the markets of Belgium, France and Greece.
Mr. Decouvelaere has been with McArthurGlen since 2005, when he took on the role of Retail Director. Prior to this, he served as Strategy and Business Development Director at Harrods department store. Before that he was Deputy Buying and Merchandising Director for Printemps, the major French department store chain, where he was responsible for reorganising the Buying and Merchandising Division.
In the late 1990s, as Buying Director for Dormeuil, an iconic institution known for its collection of luxury fabrics and ready-to-wear suits, Mr. Decouvelaere launched a bespoke concept range of men's suits.
