Claire Tiney
Group Human Resources Director
Clare Tiney joined McArthurGlen in 2009, and is responsible for the Group’s overall strategic direction and management of Human Resources. She oversees the HR teams at McArthurGlen’s designer outlet villages across the UK and Continental Europe, and at the Group’s new division, Luxury Retail, which opened its first venture in Venice’s Marco Polo Airport in the summer of 2008.
Ms.Tiney brings to McArthurGlen a wealth of experience and expertise in HR, having worked as HR Director with some of the UK’s leading retail brands, including Mothercare, WH Smith High Street, and Waterstones.
Ms. Tiney has an MBA from Stirling University in Scotland. She is also a member of the British Psychological Society, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and the Institute of Directors.
